Our Market Street location (map) is awesome and it’s literally steps from everything you need including, dining, shopping and work. As well as close to every major event and attraction in downtown (Neptune Theatre, the Metro Centre, Jazzfest, the Waterfront, Public Gardens and the Citadel). This is your opportunity to live, play and work right downtown.

We can’t tell you too much more yet, as we’re still finalizing details on this new project. We can tell you this will be an opportunity to own something in downtown. This project is already 100% approved for construction so there will be no delays getting you moved in late fall or early winter 2015.
